In this chapter on road users, we examine the fundamental responsibilities and obligations of drivers. Whether behind the wheel of a vehicle or in charge of animals, the driver must be vigilant and observe certain essential rules to ensure everyone's safety.

Drivers

Leaving the vehicle

The driver must not leave their vehicle without taking precautions: use the steering lock, apply the handbrake, turn the wheels towards the pavement, leave nothing of value inside and walk towards the rear to reach the pavement.

In summary, being a driver involves numerous responsibilities, from constant vehicle control to compliance with rules on phone use and parking. These obligations are designed to ensure road safety and the proper sharing of public space among all road users.
